I'm Sam, a full-time student at the University of British Columbia, proud to call myself Punjabi. My fitness journey began six years ago when I decided to transform my physique. Starting as a skinny individual, I initially played competitive basketball and later moved into weightlifting. Along the way, I learned a lot about dieting and exercise, transforming my body in ways I once thought were impossible. Now, I've found joy in both gym workouts and sports, making exercise a key part of my lifestyle. I'm passionate about sharing the knowledge I've gained to help others achieve their ideal physique. When you do coaching with me, you will get your own fitness app! The app will allow you to track your macronutrients, track you workouts, contain grocery lists, contain all of my fitness content and even be able to message me directly! The app has many more features and will make it easier to track your progress!

Weekly virtual check-ins refer to regular, scheduled online meetings via Zoom/Google Meet or over-the-phone discussions. These check-ins will occur once a week and serve as a means for us to connect, discuss progress, share updates, make changes to workout/diet plans and address any challenges or concerns.

Customized workout plans are tailored exercise routines designed to meet the specific needs, goals, and preferences of you. These plans take into consideration factors such as fitness level, health conditions, personal objectives, available time, and access to equipment.

Yes, the program is a subscription-based coaching plan. Results require time and accountability, this also allows me to adjust, change, and tweak workout/diet plans as you progress.

You can cancel the subscription anytime you don’t feel satisfied (once canceled, you will not get charged for the ongoing months). There will be no refunds once the plan is bought for the first month, to cancel, you need to give a 14 day notice before your next payment.
