WHO AM I?

I am a full-time student at the University of British Columbia, finding joy in physical activities, whether it's playing sports or hitting the weights. My fitness journey began six years ago when I decided to become stronger, feel healthier, and be more confident in myself. Dedicating myself to regular workouts has not only made me physically stronger but has also made me mentally stronger. Over the years, I've learned a lot about fitness, and with that knowledge, I can assist you in achieving your health and fitness goals.
