  • The program is available worldwide and fully virtual.

  • Yes, the program is a subscription-based coaching plan. Results require time and accountability, this also allows me to adjust, change, and tweak workout/diet plans as you progress.

  • You can cancel the subscription anytime you don’t feel satisfied (once canceled, you will not get charged for the ongoing months). There will be no refunds once the plan is bought for the first month, to cancel, you need to give a 1-month notice before your next payment.
